QueueIT ("we", "our", or "the app") is a party queue app that lets you add songs and vote on what plays next. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account & profile. When you sign up (email, Apple, or Google), we store your user ID, email (if provided), and a chosen username. App Clip guests may sign in anonymously—we only store an anonymized identifier.
Music preferences. We store your music provider choice (Apple Music, Spotify, or none) and, if you use Spotify, an encrypted refresh token to search for songs. We store your Apple Music storefront (e.g. country) to show the correct catalog.
Session & queue data. We store session join codes, songs you add to the queue, and votes—tied to your user ID so we can run the queue correctly. Other participants in a session can see usernames and song choices.
We use your data solely to operate the app: running sessions, managing queues, resolving songs between Spotify and Apple Music, and authenticating you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We use:
These services have their own privacy policies. We may use optional error-tracking services (e.g. Sentry) to fix bugs; such data is anonymized and used only for diagnostics.
We retain your account and session data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the app.
You can request access to your data or correction of errors at any time. To delete your account, open the app and go to Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. You may also contact us at support@queueitapp.com for assistance. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy here and note the date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
