I can't join a session. Make sure you're using the correct join code or link. Check your internet connection and try again.
My song didn't appear / won't play. QueueIT matches songs between Spotify and Apple Music. If the host uses a different provider, some songs may not be available in their catalog.
I want to delete my account. Open the app → tap Account on the welcome screen (or the person icon in a session) → tap Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently removed. For help, email support@queueitapp.com.
